A Year Long Journey at Mount Woods Studio
I’m a not a person who stick around one place I like to explore different learning platforms where I can grow and polish my skills. In the beginning I thought that like every other company I’ll be doing internship polish my skills and then find something else to learn and shift to a different organisation. I’m like a nomad on a journey to find new skills and new places to fulfill the challenges that I’ve set for myself.
But it all changed when I started working for Mount Woods Studio I was relieved of every thought of leaving. You can say that I was so impressed by the learning opportunities and the working environment is exceptional and is always evolving with time. The working trends here at Mount Woods Studio are different even in times of pressure; everyone handles the situation calmly and delicately so that their work ethics remain intact.
While working as a Digital Marketing Executive at Mount Woods Studio I’ve learnt various different things as well I’ve begun to learn various aspects of Design & Branding as well. And you must be thinking that it might be affecting my performance in SEO or PPC but let me tell you our Founder & CEO Mr. Ankit Dhadwal has been very supportive and encouraged me to do so as well.
And in July this year I completed one productive year with Mount Woods Studio and it’s been a steady ride with a lot of memories to look back at. So what can be better than sharing my One year experience at medium’s community. So this is my one year long journey at Mount Woods Studio. Along with being professionals, Mount Woods focuses on the needs of their employees as well. When I started working I was scared of their professional approach as I was a person shifting from one place to another but later I realized that they understood every aspect of the needs of their employees. Whenever the work starts to leave a burden on any of their employees they immediately realize that and take measures to relieve them of that extra burden.
And the amazing part is that they are not only workaholic but also are adventurous at the same time. Every year our Founder Mr. Ankit Dhadwal takes a week off and goes on an adventurous trip and also encourages other people to tag along or do adventurous trips like this as well. He believes that it rejuvenates your mind and your soul and makes you less vulnerable to any kind of stress or work related problems.
So at Mount Woods Studio you not only receive professional grooming but you also receive an amazing treatment and get to be a part of one big community that stands and works together like a family. Co-workers are very helpful and experts in their own field. We have a limited team and the reason for this is we all like to maintain the quality of work and environment, it builds trust and relationship.
As a Digital Marketing Strategist I have learned a lot and while going through Branding concepts, it taught me more than expected.
Also, the strategies on how to scale a business enhanced my knowledge and made me more confident in my job.
So in the end all I’m gonna say is that my 1 year long journey at Mount Woods has been as smooth as it can be because of an immense support and continuous guidance I was able to stay with them and learn various interesting things.
